This past weekend at the Castle, we saw a very unique wedding theme idea: Made in Michigan! Elizabeth and Craig had their ceremony in the Queen’s Courtyard with the reception following in the Queen’s Tavern; for both events, they offered their guests beverages, food and gifts from Michigan companies!
For their wedding favors, Elizabeth and Craig found “Made in Michigan” bags and filled them with Michigan goods, including a bag of Better-Made Chips!
The couple chose Founder’s (Grand Rapids) and Short’s (Bellaire) brews to stock the bar for guests during dinner and reception.
For their ceremony, Elizabeth and Craig kept their guests cool and refreshed by providing Michigan-made Faygo soda.
We were so inspired by this fun idea that we decided to look into some other Michigan-made goods that could be incorporated into your wedding!
