Policies
A deposit of $500 is required 1 month prior to event to secure bar service. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks out from your event with your final guest count. Incorrect guest counts that are over what you submitted will be charged after your event. Incorrect guest counts that are under the count are at the fault of the client.
All prices are subject to Michigan Sales Tax 6% as well as a 20% service charge on the pre-tax total.

If serving alcohol, anyone 21 or older will be charged the per-person rate of the package you choose. Guests under 21 years of age will be charged $10 per person; under 3 is free.
The number of bartenders will be at the discretion of Castle Farms. The number of bartenders will be determined by your final guest count.
Our bartenders will have tip jars placed on the bar as gratuity is not included.
Due to Michigan Liquor Control Commission guidelines, alcohol cannot be taken with you at the end of the night.
All bar packages include service starting from after your ceremony ends until your contracted reception end time. We do NOT announce last call.
All bar packages will start with glassware from cocktail hour until after dinner. After dinner, we will switch to high-quality plastic glassware.
Any person who appears 40 or younger will be asked for identification. Only those 21 and older will be served alcoholic beverages. A valid ID is required to be served alcohol in the state of Michigan.
Each guest will be given a maximum of 2 alcoholic beverages each time they visit the bar. We will ask to see additional ID if we feel drinks are being distributed to minors or those who have been previously cut off.
Due to our licensing, no additional alcohol may be brought into the event space by any client or guest. If other alcohol is found, we may have to end your event.
All of our bartenders are TIPS Certified and have the authority to refuse beverage service at any time to anyone at the event.
Castle Farms reserves the right to terminate bar service if our policies are being abused or if State or Federal Laws are being broken.
After you select your bar package there will be a portion or your questionnaire to fill out with your prefered signature drinks! If there are ingredients not included in your bar package you will needto provide any non alcoholic options. Any alcohol no included in the selected bar package will be special ordered!
If you guest count is different than what you submit by the 2 week due date we want you to contact us as soon as possible. If your guest count is under what you told us we may be able to adjust your order if caught in time. If your guest count is over what you submitted we will charge you for the overage after your event.
Certain selections can be placed in your dressing room if requested on bar questionnaire.
Quantities will be based on number of wedding party in the dressing room.
