Explore the Castle for Free!
As a way to give back to the community, Castle Farms hosts Local Appreciation Day every year on Memorial Day. It is a way to give our friends and neighbors the opportunity to explore the historic structure and see how the property has transformed through the years. We love seeing all of the familiar faces that come and share the memories that they have from the Castle, along with new faces who will have memories to share down the road!
This year is an extra special Local Appreciation Day because it is also the Grand Opening of our new 1918 Cellars Wine Tasting Room! We wanted to offer something new to our guests to enhance their experience at Castle Farms. We also feel that it will make a great addition to the Charlevoix community, giving locals and visitors another outing opportunity to add to their summer and fall plans!
So come by the Castle on May 28 to explore the Castle for free and purchase some wine from our new wine label, 1918 Cellars! All residents with a valid driver’s license from Charlevoix, Emmet, Antrim, Otsego, or Cheboygan County can tour for free and all others are just $5! Snowbirds, you can bring in a piece of mail addressed to you in one of the listed counties.
