
We’re seeking authors, publishers, and bookish vendors to help bring this story-filled celebration to life. Whether you craft captivating tales, design literary merch, or simply love all things bookish, this is your chapter to shine.
Books, booze, and a buzz of creativity — it’s a plot twist you’ll love.
Please note that there is NO rain backup plan for outdoor booths, and refunds will not be issued in the event of inclement weather. You are welcome to provide your own tent, but they must be securely weighted down. Stakes can NOT be used due to our irrigation system.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including tables, linen, tents and any necessary displays or decorations. Spaces will be clearly marked and arranged to provide ample room for interaction with attendees. Chairs will be provided.
Vendors have the option to contribute a door prize for attendees to enter for a chance to win! The minimum value for each door prize is $20. Participation is completely optional, and vendors are welcome to opt in at a later date if they choose.
Why Participate:
Vendors who contribute a door prize will receive added exposure through our pre-event marketing! We’ll feature each prize (and its donating vendor) in social media posts leading up to the event to build excitement and showcase the great giveaways attendees can win. It’s a fun way to attract attention to your business, create buzz for the Boozy Book Fair, and engage both new and returning guests.
